Easethetics provides a cloud-based clinic management platform that includes appointment scheduling, patient records management, billing, inventory tracking, and related business management tools for beauty and wellness businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy or as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Easethetics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easethetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
